Anna-Lisa supports our staff & patient community. Identifying areas where patients need more support to ensures that we continuously enhance care & support for our patient community. She also provides support & resources for our staff's wellbeing, creating an environment where everyone can flourish.
Anna's background in Psychology and her recent first hand experience of maternity services have fuelled her interest to drive positive health outcomes and support for women in their maternity journeys
Her passion lies in making a difference and her goal is to identify ways to support individuals and then implement solutions to make that support a reality.
